I love that it integrates into MAcBook Photos. Easy to use. I was disappointed to learn that you didn't accept Apple Pay as a payment option.

Designing the book was an efficient process, final product felt inexpensive, wish I had purchased just one album instead of three albums.

Lovely quality

The book appearance wasn’t exactly as expected but the quality was good. Most of the picture qualities were notable as well. Overall, good purchase and would buy again.

UPDATE: After publishing this review I was contacted by Milk Books in regards to my order and the errors that occured leading to the over-the-top shipping charge, they have been kind enough to address the issue with a refund of the overpaid amount. While the whole experience was not wonderful, the fact that Milk Books chose to reach out and remedy the problem does show that they are a step above other businesses. Which I do appreciate in a world full of faceless corporations. I want to make it abundantly clear that this review is purely based on the shipping experience. My wife and I used Milk Books to make our wedding albums and by golly are we lucky we used a sale. As before we could get our books we were notified of an out of blue surprise $515 shipping fee once they arrived in the country. We had already paid $195.70 to Milk Books for shipping as part of our original order. So in total over $700 to even receive our order which is over a third of the price we paid for our books. I had to scour the site to find out in the find print that they don't include any information on international shipping, which seems like a very deliberate way to steal money from people. I can understand there being an international duty fee, but then why did I pay for shipping in itself. The books themselves were very nice and we are happy with them. But be aware of the excess shipping you'll have to pay by using this New Zealand-based business that actually operated out of Hong Kong.
