The quality of the book is outstanding

Good quality + user experienceEasy to make my own wedding album and better price than most of the other competitors. Took awhile to get to me but that was to be expected. Happy with the results! Would love if they had option for thicker pages but given the price I am happy with the results.

Update: A customer service representative reached out after I posted this initial review and was able to offer a quick and timely solution. They're sending us a replacement presentation box so hopefully it arrives undamaged this time! I ordered a large premium square wedding album on milk books. The book came out beautifully and the website interface was easy to use with a lot of different layout options. Although a few times I found myself wanting a layout that didn't exist, I was mostly able to design an album to my heart's content. The book shipped on time and arrived as promised but the presentation box we ordered along with it has a small dent on the side that we think occurred during the shipping process because the shipping box was damaged as well. I reached out to the customer service provided email twice and never heard back. We did get the product on sale and it's only the box that's damaged while the wedding album itself is unharmed (good thing we got the box!) but this product did still cost a pretty penny so I would've at least expected a reply even if they weren't able to provide a replacement box or refund.

The company was very helpful in ensuring my book arrived quickly, the quality was great and made for a lovely present. I got the medium book and it was a lot smaller than u expected for the cost

Customer service was always quick, responsive, and kind throughout the process. However, I was advised to use a specific cover design to accommodate having no cover text, but unfortunately, that recommendation didn’t work out. I was disappointed that I couldn’t achieve the exact cover I had envisioned. That said, the team was very understanding and offered a discount to help make up for the issue.
