Very happy with the beautiful result but the process of creating the book was very frustrating. The layout options were limited and based on selecting how many photos you wanted per page but a page was actually two pages so this was limiting especially if you wanted multiple photos on both sides. I ended up having to customize the whole book myself. The first and last pages had very limited customization. One very actionable piece of feedback I have is to add a warning to the ''clear spread" button. This button tended to hover right above / next to the back button. When I had finished my book and was checking through it, I accidentally hit this button on two pages and so lost 4 pages in an instant. It seems odd that if you try and delete a single photo there's a warning but you can wipe out 2 pages accidentally and not even immediately realise what you've done!

Very easy to use program for designing the photo book! It shipped quickly and was packaged securely. I did have to pay duties, but it wasn’t a surprise as the website made it clear with shipping to Canada that was a large possibility. Quality wise, it is good and I have no specific complaints, but I was excepting something with a bit more wow factor given the price. Overall, I do recommend it.

Wonderful service to create a simple and lovely keepsake. They have a variety of layouts and filters to help you find the right format for your project. For people who want a more complex/unique scrapbooking experience, or who lean towards ''freedom of expression" may find the design/font options limiting. However, I was looking for a basic, minimal aesthetic, and this served my purpose. The reason why this is 4 instead of 5 stars is mainly because the UI, while usable, felt buggy when trying to customize beyond the template pages. Specifically, the photo organizer left something to be desired (e.g. every time I dragged a photo to the layout, it would scroll back to the top of the album - frustrating to scroll through if you're working with 50+ photos; etc) and the text editor was wonky (e.g. couldn't type spaces when text box was left-aligned - had to type text in another alignment and then change to left-align). Overall, a good deal for what it is. I would use this service again to commemorate a special occasion.

Lovely way to create a sentimental picture book. The platform takes a little bit of adjusting to understand how to use when creating a book, but there's lots of options to automate the adding of pictures. It's a bit more fiddly if you're trying to create something that does not fit one of the templates. Not too difficult once you figure it out though.
