Loved my book! Creating was easy but I don’t like that utilizing the slide bar feature to drag and drop photos after you dropped one on a page it brought you back to the beginning - once I had a lot of photos uploaded this became annoying to scroll back to my spot after each photo.

The quality of the final product is outstanding! The website could be more user-friendly.

Great quality printing, was easy to layout photos with the editor and arrived relatively quickly. I do worry about if the photo on the front might peel off with time but for now it’s great.

The design part went smoothly. Good options for photo layout. The only thing I was disappointed in was the front cover. The option I chose was a photo on the hard cover. I did not realise that the image would be glued to the front. In my opinion this is tacky and cheep looking. My understanding from how it was described as was that it would be printed directly on. This glued on option is greatly disappointing. Needs to be clarified in the description.

We enjoyed the various design options and presets and the ability to tweak them. Our delivery arrived in May 2024 and we have only today, mid-Sept, received a FedEx invoice through the post for £60. The MILK Books site seems to have been updated so that it is more clear, though still not entirely, that the £15.99 delivery fee (we weren't able to select the cheaper, not priority mail when ordering) does not include customs/ imports fees. Having never ordered from overseas before I was perhaps naïve that fees wouldn't be this much but also, I assumed these would be chargeable before delivery, not 4 months later... I would have probably ordered from similar company based in my country had I known about this as we've now paid over £300 in total.
