I am a small business owner and milk books cares about thier customers. That is the main thing to look for in a small business.
I feel like I am a reasonable person and spoke to resonable people at milk books.
If I were channeling Stannis Baratheon I would say it's a decent product, quality service, at a premium price.

Once I got used to the editing format I found creating a book quite straightforward. However, I do wish there was an open format that I could design my own page rather than use one of the pre-existing formats. I also found the delivery of the book prompt.
