Good quality product. Good support. Setting up a photo book can be a bit clunky. The options for layout and size of photo could improve - some options have photos that are too small.

I have previously ordered classic photo books but this time accidentally ordered the classic photo album. Which explains why the cost was so much more than last time. They really were lovely but more of a board book the flexible pages.

Amazing quality! The ONLY thing I would change is.....the ability to customize mounts and/or be able to customize the picture within the mount. Other than that, definitely one of THE MOST gorgeous photo books I've seen and owned!

I looked at several different companies for making my wedding album, and MILK was the company I chose for many reasons. Their quality seemed superb from other reviews and peoples work that’s been shared! Their user interface for designing the book was easiest to use (which was a huge consideration for me as I started an album with other companies and got frustrated by the uploading, organizing, etc of the photos) and they do a great job giving you all the information you need to educate you on the paper, cover, etc. so you’re not guessing and wondering what your book will look like. I also appreciated the articles and education on their site to equip you with what you need to know to make your book exactly how you want it. The videos are VERY helpful too! My book came out exactly how I pictured it would! It is SUPER heavy though (I did an album and it’s 56 pages). I think if I were to do something different, I’d maybe just do a books with my favorites (versus trying to get as many pics in there as possible). But that’s not a reflection on Milk at all! If you want a quality product to have a keepsake heirloom for years to come, MILK is it.

The design tools were very simple and easy to use. Uploading the photos was straightforward, and the quality of the photos is better than any other printing service I've ever used. The only downside was that the photo album was much smaller than expected, but that is my fault as I didn't pay attention to the size measurements.
