Generally i found the service fine - i could follow instructions from the website to get me started. However i couldn't get rid of photos that i had uploaded and didn't want to use. I tried following the instructions but they did not appear to work. I also did not appear to be able to do was use a discount voucher when you were having a sale as it was not obvious how i could do it. My book was a gift from my daughter.
