Due to the difference in time zones it was difficult to contact anyone for assistance. However they were extremely helpful once I left a message and sent an email.

Beautiful book and good quality. Great online experience putting together all the photos. There was a little bent on the album that must have happened in transit hence why I won’t give it 5 stars, the packaging should be able to protect the book even if you don’t buy a box to go with the album. Overall a beautiful album

I found the online program easy to use to design my book. It’s very beautiful and looks great in my home. It was delivered very quickly once it was done! The only thing I don’t like is that the vouchers expire once you purchase them. I have a very busy lifestyle and wasn’t able to devote a lot of time to making the book for a while.
