Paper and image quality was good (as expected). The software was easy enough to use if you didn't want to customize much. However, I just didn't like any of the font options, nor the sizes of font available for the title page.

The website is very user-friendly! It was pretty easy to assemble the book. I loved that there were multiple templates to choose from!

The quality of print is high. The cover itself is in high quality.
The only thing I’d improve is the quality of the attachment of the paper to the book. It has a non-tight feeling to the edges of the page.
