MILK books produced a very high quality product, particularly paper and cover stock and high resolution photos. The customer service was top notch—prompt (especially considering it is located half a world away from my location), courteous, and informative. My only reservation is in the limited page formats it presents and the inability (at least my inability) to rotate photos off plumb in order to give a less formal appearance.

Really fantastic quality. I do 2 a year and they're amazing.

Once i worked out how to use the website to create the photo album it was quite easy.One thing that would be a good add in is to allow the addition of a photo in a page and pushing all photos after it into the next pages. There were also some challenges when i was trying to ensure the format of all margins were standaddiaed - i think this arose from the pages i had manually creates the layout. Finally some more auto layout options would be great to allow more portrait and landscape photos on the 1 page - i also had 1 extra long photo that would have looked awesome across 2 pages but it was not available!

Great customer service, and platform was easy to use, but didn’t like coupons can expire and the extra costs of shipping and customs

The quality of the product is beautiful, the paper stock and overall hardcover is very nice. My book was >100 pages so there are a few that feel not as evenly printed but very few overall looks beautiful. This is for a final school assessment so I think it will impress :)
