The quality is absolutely brilliant and generally very happy. I would have appreciated a quick quality check as part of the process. One photo had everyone's heads cut off. Obviously my fault for missing it but would have been nice if that had been picked up.

Quality was high as desired. We did have a hick up with one of the photos (that auto re-centered) and ended up not looking as we wanted and wasn't able to fix it in time for the print. When contacting customer service, had to wait until New Zealand time was ready and at that point (18 hours had passed and weren't able to contact the printer in time to fix the mistake at no cost).

Milk Books provide superb quality products that can be tailored to individual needs to preserve your memories. I love their products, but I wish they were a bit more reasonable in price.
