Quality was high as desired. We did have a hick up with one of the photos (that auto re-centered) and ended up not looking as we wanted and wasn't able to fix it in time for the print. When contacting customer service, had to wait until New Zealand time was ready and at that point (18 hours had passed and weren't able to contact the printer in time to fix the mistake at no cost).

Excellent, but a little pricey.

Milk Books provide superb quality products that can be tailored to individual needs to preserve your memories. I love their products, but I wish they were a bit more reasonable in price.

An easy and accessible way to produce a photobook. The only issue I had was the inability to delete photos from the immediate lineup... the ones that I chose not to use would build up and I needed to then scroll down to access the entire folder below. Otherwise, a quick and simple process. Thanks.

Edited due to further experience with MILK: The online editing platform to make the book was great. And MILK really have the best selection of cover materials and book styles around at the moment. We initially ordered 4 medium books to give as gifts to our parents from our recent wedding and generally felt like the result was only ok given the larger expense - they err on the smaller side of medium and don’t always do the photos justice when in a spread as they get compressed to too small a size. I was initially disappointed because it was not what I was expecting to gift to family. Due to my disappointment in these books MILK reached out to help me find a solution - including working with me to send me physical proofs of the most problematic spreads in the larger size book so I had confidence upgrading the size. This customer service really was exceptional and my prior feelings of disappointment and frustration have been eliminated. Thank you Astral in particular who worked with me to find a time to talk and kept me regularly updated with emails. My lasting impressions are that MILK really do have a great platform and wide selection of books. For professional grade shots the best solutions are probably the bigger books - the new ones we received are really lovely and I can’t wait to gift them to my family.
