Made a wedding magazine and it was intuitive and easy and the templates and style guides helped give it a very professional look. Exceptional quality and kept up to date with printing and shipping progress all the way through. Very impressed with the final product and the ability to view online and send out the link to friends and family. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was the inability to use macrons so I couldn’t write any descriptions in Te Reo Māori - very strange when it’s a NZ company and catering internationally to other countries that use them.

Milk books are great quality and super easy to use. I love that you can add your photos and then it can create the book for you. The layouts are great. When I received the books they were a little smaller than I expected.

Love my milk book so much that I've had requests from family for the same! The interface is really easy to use and tailor to your needs! Only slight downside is the international taxation.

Service was awesome, they kept us informed at each step what was happening so we never lost track of our product.

Great quality book, easy to use interfaces and good options for layout and finish. Definitely a premium product and you do pay accordingly but for a special occasion, a wedding in this case, it is worth it.Slightly surprised to find that postage is added when you get to the final step, whilst I was happy to pay the not insignificant cost, I feel that this should be highlighted earlier on in the transaction given that it obviously is going to require posting. The risk of custom fees was also a surprise but I fortunately didn't have to pay any. Whilst this is explained at the final step, again I think it should be explained sooner. It wouldn't have put me off buying but was a surprise in an otherwise positive experience.
