I really liked the high degree of customization I could carry out on the album. The cover is a really nice quality and the pictures and paper are very nice as well. The only thing I did not like very much was the cover photo - I opted for a small square in the center and I thought it would be more like a framed photo rather than a photo that looks like it was just glued onto the cover.

Easy to use website! Took a lot longer than expected to be printed, probably just would have appreciated managed expectations.

I loved how the book turned out, quality pages and printing, but my only issue with the book was that it was thinner than I was anticipating (but that was on me) and that the front cover picture seems lower quality than I was expecting…I would have instead done one without a picture and just printed it with our initials instead had I known.

An overall good experience. The online album creation system was generally quite useable, but occasionally there were problems that prevented a spread from being accepted but without adequate information to explain why. This meant time lost in trial and error to work out a spread that the system would accept. Regarding customer service, there was a delay in production time, which meant I didn’t get the album in the estimated time. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone over the phone. To their credit, they did get back to me in the end. And after the product was complete, the actual shipping time was quicker than even their estimate.
