Easy to use website! Took a lot longer than expected to be printed, probably just would have appreciated managed expectations.

I loved how the book turned out, quality pages and printing, but my only issue with the book was that it was thinner than I was anticipating (but that was on me) and that the front cover picture seems lower quality than I was expecting…I would have instead done one without a picture and just printed it with our initials instead had I known.

An overall good experience. The online album creation system was generally quite useable, but occasionally there were problems that prevented a spread from being accepted but without adequate information to explain why. This meant time lost in trial and error to work out a spread that the system would accept. Regarding customer service, there was a delay in production time, which meant I didn’t get the album in the estimated time. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone over the phone. To their credit, they did get back to me in the end. And after the product was complete, the actual shipping time was quicker than even their estimate.

Overall good service but costly as well: 'standard shipping' wasn't available which meant paying another 20 bucks for premium and an 10€ of duty as well from the German feds (for the latter MILK is not really responsible of course)

We made two photo books for our parents of our wedding photos. All the options were beautiful, and the end result was really nice quality. The book and photos were just smaller than we had expected.
