Overall good service but costly as well: 'standard shipping' wasn't available which meant paying another 20 bucks for premium and an 10€ of duty as well from the German feds (for the latter MILK is not really responsible of course)

We made two photo books for our parents of our wedding photos. All the options were beautiful, and the end result was really nice quality. The book and photos were just smaller than we had expected.

I felt the service was very good. It is great that there are so many instructions and the videos are a great help. I didn't have to make contact for any issues so I can't comment on that, but my experience was great.
