I had a few issues and the support team was able to help me out. It took some time, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but overall we got the problem solved and I appreciated the support I got.

The quality of the finished book is truly beautiful!!
I have only one criticism and that is in the developing of the book. On the larger multi photo pages, it's difficult to see the small images and you can't zoom in on the overall page, other than to edit a specific image. It would have been helpful, as a couple of mine I would have not chosen in the end.
