Very good quality if materials and print. It seemed the size was bigger but very happy with it anyway.

My initial order didn't turn out as expected, the book was damaged during delivery, and ink from some full-bleed images bled onto opposite pages. Had I written this review upon receiving this copy, I would have given 2 stars. After reaching out to MILK, customer service was prompt and helpful in resolving the problem and I'm pleased with the outcome. If I print more books with MILK I will select matt paper options (I selected satin paper for my photo book).

The quality of the printing and the materials is top-notch. These are definitely books that you make to last a lifetime and beyond.

The book turned out well. The only thing unexpected was the presentation of the photo on the cover which looks simply pasted on rather than inset into the cover. It cheapens the look of the overall book. There are also cheaper options available for similarly nice books. The online system was also a bit tricky at times when organizing the layout.

Intuitive design application, fast production and shipping, and very high quality production. The only improvement would be to the design application such that it didn’t automatically zoom in (crop) some of the larger images. Besides this I would highly recommend.
