Milestones

I'm sure there are plenty of fantastic reviews, for good reason, so I'm not going to spend much time focusing on all the things that are great about Milk books. Clearly I'm a very solidly happy customer, hence the four stars. The only negative note I have is that I built my book with several photos that spanned across the center binding between the two pages in a fold. The way that the books are currently bound makes it so that some of the image is lost within the binding, so images that span across aren't quite visually seamless. While there are some warnings while building the book that parts of images might be lost if not contained within the safe margins, I thought it could be made clearer that there would be definite loss of some continuity when spanning across the center binding.

For the price, perfect. The cover images were not totally the quality I wanted, but for the price I am still extremely pleased. Image quality throughout the books were great, and the pages seem to be on standard HQ photo paper.

It's okay. The cover is nice. My biggest issue is with the photo quality. I used the largest files I could find, and they're still not very clear. For $250, I expected more. Also, I'd love more photo templates with less white space. I could have made my own but it would have taken years to put that book together.

Love the book! Of all the options out there, this was the one program that made it fun to put a book together. I did have a couple of oddly formatted photos which I don’t know if it was my lack of attention or some glitch but the photo quality is great and the final product is really professional looking. Delivery here in France was not fluid but I have to say the customer support from MILK Books was amazing. They truly gave new meaning to the job.

Great book, it looks fantastic.
