Picture quality is amazing. There were some smudges on 2 of the pages but overall really happy with it. Not sure if I'd purchase again as it was quite expensive however it is a nice book to have.

Very happy with the book. I think it was kind of expensive but it was very good value. High quality. The editing process was fairly easy and the end result was excellent. One thing I didn’t like was having to pay duty. I was surprised to get that extra bill before it was delivered.

The book arrived surprisingly faster than expected. The quality and craftsmanship of the book was nice, but I was expecting the front cover to be of higher quality. The front image was glued on top of the canvas and I would've thought it would be better presented with maybe a clear film to protect the image. Maybe that was just my own perception when I saw the example image.
Overall, very happy with the order and our customer will too!

Thank you so much for your high quality wedding album. I think the preview of the album didn’t always show what it was going to look like as I found some of the layouts that I picked I would have changed it if it I knew what it would have really looked like. But overall I was really happy with the finished product.

UPDATE:Editing my review because Milk Books reached out to me within hours of me posting the below review to apologize for the poor experience and they more than made up for it. I was surprised at how much they really seemed to care that I was not a happy customer, it really seems like they have a dedication to excellence and felt truly bad that that didn't come across in my instance. They not only were super nice about it, but also sent me a reprint of my photo album that I'm actually in love with. I really respect when companies practice accountability and have the ability to just say "hey I messed up, let me make this right." We are all humans! I would definitely order from them again. I do recommend the Premium line vs the Classic though :)
Customer service is pretty rude and snarky. Very unusual to see such a large company having reps speak so impolitely to their customers. Pretty off putting and made a small issue actually feel a lot worse due to the customer service.
