UPDATE:Editing my review because Milk Books reached out to me within hours of me posting the below review to apologize for the poor experience and they more than made up for it. I was surprised at how much they really seemed to care that I was not a happy customer, it really seems like they have a dedication to excellence and felt truly bad that that didn't come across in my instance. They not only were super nice about it, but also sent me a reprint of my photo album that I'm actually in love with. I really respect when companies practice accountability and have the ability to just say "hey I messed up, let me make this right." We are all humans! I would definitely order from them again. I do recommend the Premium line vs the Classic though :) Customer service is pretty rude and snarky. Very unusual to see such a large company having reps speak so impolitely to their customers. Pretty off putting and made a small issue actually feel a lot worse due to the customer service.

The pages came back a little dark. The formatting relocates are too rigid for all of the templates - image and text.

Excellent quality.

Love the quality of the book and photos. Do wish you could edit and crop photos on the website/app. Will definitely be making another photobook with Milk Books.

Chose the linen photo album, love the interior however the front cover page could be improved. Looks like the photo (centre placement) has just been stuck on rather than incorporated. Have seen one with a different photo layout on the front and looks much better. Wish I had of chosen a different layout for the front cover.
