Well packaged for safety. Books arrived ahead of schedule. Printed very beautifully. Packaging arrived with bad/chemical smell, had to let books air out. Online software was decent to use. Prices are high but waited until I had a coupon code to make them more affordable. The large wedding lay flat album is gorgeous and heavy but I would struggle to justify the original price without coupon.

Been getting these books since 2014 - a have a bunch in a yearly sequence and quality of paper and binding is consistently good. Will continue to get them printed an made.
