Milestones

We absolutely love our wedding photo album. The packaging it came in was impeccable and very professional. The leather material is absolutely gorgeous and high quality. The website is easy to use and the black Friday deals were fabulous. Delivery was within 3 weeks from Hong Kong (which is great in this covid era). Love the thick card that is used. Large photos were very clear, altho some smaller photos not so much. However we still love our book!!

Book Quality is very nice. The software is fairly easy to use. I wish the templates were a little more manipulable but that said everything looks very nice.

Great quality for a digitally printed book, the binding was beautifully done and the materials are of high quality. Being a print design professional, this really matters to me, even for personal projects. The design module posed some problems with the captions (changes not reflected, not able to add text etc.), to the point I gave up and decided to add my own notes in handwriting once the book was printed. Probably a nice personal touch anyway but some room for improvement there on the software I imagine!

I love my new wedding book! Its actually even nicer than I have imagined! Beautiful paper and photo quality, very nice cover, great product!

Communication was good and pleased with the quality of the book, the only reason for not 5 stars is that I prepaid for an album, discovered that it would not provide enough pages for my project so asked for money back to put towards another album and also so I could take advantage of the %off that was being offered on other albums. Milkbooks would not assist me and I ended up spending more than the cost of the album plus postage.
