Milestones

The book came out just as expected and was great quality. I had some issues with the uploading of photos to their platform. Otherwise, it was pretty intuitive.

Our photo album came out really nicely. The photos are clear and have great, realistic color. The construction of the book is great as well, the linen cover looks just like advertised (we chose sea shell linen). My only complaint is the font options for text look out of place and un-styled, I would recommend skipping all text boxes. And I think it's not really great that you have to create a "premium" album to have the option to skip a photo on the cover. If you are already paying for a nice linen or leather material, it seems tacky to have a giant photo on the cover. In addition to this being more money (to eliminate a photo?) its also not really clearly explained, so I had to start from scratch when I realized.

Great. I thought qaulty of photos in the books would be a little better for the price. But its very nice.

Overall, I'm happy with the results. The printing and binding are excellent. Customer service is great. Nothing beats a hard cover book. However, book assembly slightly confusing and sluggish. Photo colours a little light. Shipping on the slow side. Books printed in China - is this an issue? I'll order again. Thanks MILK.

The quality of the book is very good but not excellent. The paper is high quality. The binding is a little subpar. The book composition and editing tools are very good. The print quality is exactly what I hoped for. The linen cover we paid extra for was good but the inlaid photo looked like a sticker placed ever so slightly crooked in the center.I would order a book again but not pay extra for the cover. I would not order an expensive book for a client though as the books are not perfect.
