The quality of our book is outstanding. The online tool was easy to use for the most part, and the finished product is exactly what I had designed. I would recommend it to anyone looking to make their wedding album!

Website interface was user friendly. Layouts were good. Upload feature was sufficient. Book quality is great.

Beautiful final product. Very happy with the quality. The book had some damage from courier / transport when it arrived, but Milk quickly resolved this by making a new book - great, and very reassuring, customer service.

I am absolutely obsessed! The quality of the book is amazing. My only complaint is that with the classic book you are forced to put an image on the front cover and they claim it’s laminated but it doesn’t seem to be. I also think that the editing and creation process of your album has very basic options. You can’t tweak images much and only have two font options to choose from. I regret not buying a presentation box now knowing that the front image isn’t well protected so if you do purchase a classic album I highly recommend buying a presentation box. All in all though I am very impressed and satisfied with my purchase.

The end product was very good. The website creating tool works fine. However, the pre-purchased voucher code system needs improvement. I had to contact customer support on a couple of occasions to clarify the process.
