THe book is lovely.However, I was disappointed that the full page photos looked better on line but in reality the line down the middle was very evident. If the on line photo looked more realistic i would not have made many full page spreads. It was not the easiest site to navigate. It was difficult to enlarge my photos to see which looked best.

As a tech savvy user, I found your interface surprisingly difficult to navigate. I ended up paying an outside vendor to compile my book in another software and then plug it back into MILK books. Other than the UI, the book itself is of great quality! Shipping logistics were also clearly communicated.

The software was easy to use and I liked that there were so many templates for photos. The printing quality is really good as well. The one thing I don’t love is how they did the photo on the front; they just glue in on the canvas, whereas in the website it looks like it is framed by the canvas. Otherwise it’s a nice book and was relatively affordable.

I absolutely love my album. The quality is outstanding and I'm so happy to have this keepsake forever. The website is easy to use and made the process seamless. My only issue is with the very high shipping fees and the added duty and import fees I had to pay upon delivery which were just as much as the shipping! I realize that because of the quality of the book it ends up being a heavy item, but after spending months creating my album and hundreds of dollars for the album itself, it's disheartening to have to spend an additional $140 USD (I am Canadian) just to get it here.

Everything very nice although I thought that the pages would be much thicker and the images brighter. It seems as if I printed at home. The front page super nice tha texture!
