My book arrived quickly enough. But i felt the pages didnt look as nice as per on screen. Perhaps due to it being hard to really tell the page quality from the selection.

The book that arrived was beautiful, from the quality of the photos and paper to the layouts provided. I am taking a star off because of how the box was badly damaged when it arrived on my doorstep, and the spine of the book seems slightly off perhaps because of this treatment. I didn’t order a preservation box because of the added cost and the book already being one of the more expensive choices, but it would have been nice for it to be included free to help protect the book from similar shipping risks.

We loved the craftsmanship of the book, including the thickness of the pages and the image quality. However, I'm not sure if it's due to the number of pages + thickness of each page, but the album closes a bit odd (the binding is at an angle instead of completely vertical).

I created a premium photo book of my wedding. Overall it is very impressive and excellent quality for the price. In hindsight it would have been good to have seen a sample of the papers available, so I could have made the best choice, as I’m still left wondering if a difference option would have been better. I had a box made to go with the album, which I recommend. I had chosen to have a photo on the box and the album cover, which look nice, however I assumed it was going to be a true mounted photo, rather then a photo literally stuck on the top. It’s still finished well however is a bit disappointing. Over all though, a beautiful book that I will treasure.

The overall experience was excellent. It took a while to get used to the online designer, but once we knew what we could and couldn't do it was smooth sailing. We chose the Buckram Metallic Blue cover and were expecting more of a linen finish as that's what the photos looked like. Unfortunately this isn't what we expected. It's still a great product, but we thought the image of the Buckram sample was a little misleading.
