The binding and cover quality was great! I purchased the premium album with 64 pages and thought the pages would be thicker and the photos would be more vibrant but love my purchase overall

Customer Service was exceptional as I had difficulty during layout, and MILK went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. The book quality is quite exceptional as well.

The book was great and the program was easy to use, makes it so that it’s fool proof in having a professional-looking layout. Value for money is ok, especially when you compare the price with an album made by your professional photographer. However the postage cost was $30 which I thought was absolutely outrageous! And as I had pre-purchased it (not to mention already spent hours creating the book) I had no choice but to pay it. That really annoyed me as it seemed way too excessive. Other than that was quite happy with the look and quality :)
