Expectations too high?

Great quality, but perhaps my expectations were higher for the price. I think the paper quality could be higher. The postage and packaging cost was extortionate, and having bought a voucher for use within 6 months, this was a big disappointment. It wasn't clear at any point that not only were there delivery charges, but that they were very expensive.

Quality of book and photos were excellent when printed.However the book design software is heavily focused on portrait layouts and some images looked grainy/pixelated in the preview album. If there were more landscape based layouts available I would have rated higher.

Beautifully presented high quality book. I didn’t score it 5 for two reasons- It was much smaller than expected therefore seems expensive for the size it is, and the high postage costs that were not clear up front.
