Milestones

I had a lot of difficulty uploading my project due to lack of internet capacity (I think), but staff at MILK were very persistent and responsive in helping me. Love my book now that it has finally arrived, although I expected it to be bigger...my fault, I should have been more careful choosing the size, which I will be next time.

Beautiful final product - couldn’t be happier. Reliable and fast delivery. Careful packaging ensured my album was flawless when it arrived. Some of the editing functions in creating the book could have been more intuitive though.

I was generally very happy with the quality of the product although would have preferred the option of choosing the colour of the cover ( perhaps that option was there but I didn't see it). I assumed it would be the cherry red of the sample provided online.I was also disappointed that a couple of the photos, one in particular) cut off the top half the head of the person in yhe photo making them almost unrecognisable. Other than these 2 negatives & the cost, the album is very pleasing.

Good quality, although the pages were a bit rippled in the middle for lack of a better term. Shipping was very expensive!

I wish there were more flexibility in the template as far as adding text. Unless I'm missing something, only certain layouts included text and some of them were headlines only, not text blocks. But the book turned out beautiful!
