the book turned out beautifully. The online platform is a little difficult to utilize and took time to build the book. Super nice thick pages. The pictures printed perfectly.

Very nice and catches every eye, but quite expensive and only affordable for special occasions.

I loved how easy it was to use the moderator to navigate putting together our book. When it arrived, it look well made. The only issue we have is the front cover of the book. The photo appears to be glued to the centre and has no protection in front of it.

The Good: Outstanding customer service and communication. There was a minor problem in applying a coupon code but the customer service rep resolved it quickly, told me exactly what she was going to do and then she followed up to confirm that she did. Book itself was decently produced. The Bad: Shipping was delayed by over a week, perhaps due to the pandemic. It was frustrating but understandable given the circumstances. My bigger frustration was that the book was much smaller than I anticipated. It was 50% smaller than another book that I previously purchased through Apple. My bad that I should have double checked the dimensions but it was not quite what I expected.

Book came extremely fast considering it was shipped from Hong Kong. Upon opening the book you could tell that the quality was great. To be totally honest there are more premium album/book companies out there but you’ll be paying twice as much as this option to get that higher quality. My wife loves her mother’s day book and I wouldn’t hesitate to order another book from here again especially considering the quality per price point.
