Really High quality book! My only wish was there was a little bit more customization possible

The quality of the pictures turned out amazing! Perfect way to capture our special day.

Definitely more expensive, but quality was very solid.

We love the final product of the books that we created, but there are definitely a few things that mean that our overall rating is 4 star rather than 5.Positives: - The quality of the product is really fantastic. Everything that we had hoped for. This point largely outweighs all of the other points underneath. - The frequent offers/sales/pre-purchase options makes the overall cost (just about) accessible. - Production and delivery was surprisingly quick, given that it came from Hong Kong to Europe. - The online software, while a little difficult to come to grips with at first, largely enables you to do what you want with the book and to customise it. Negatives: - The books are expensive, no matter how you look at it. - I would expect shipping and delivery costs to be covered by MILK for an order over a certain amount. - Shipping from Hong Kong means the additional cost (to the EU at least) of import tax. - The online software used to put the book together is not the most user friendly and there were several things that we wanted to be able to do but seemingly couldn't: alter the position of a text box; duplicate a custom spread layout; move individual pages rather than double spreads, for example. - Why is a plain cover with simple text not an option as a free cover? It seemed absolutely ridiculous that the only free cover options (even with a premium book!) were to have a photo on the cover. Overall, would definitely recommend MILK to friends and family, providing they are fairly IT-literate and understand the costs (hidden and not).

Great! Easy to use the online platform to create your book. Lots of options for layout of photos. Plenty of inspiration from books previously made which are displayed online. Received my book very quickly. Happy with the quality. Price was more than I wanted to pay, but for the amount of time I put into a 200pg book was willing to pay the asked price. Only setback with creating custom layouts I found was that if you put alot of photos on the page, the margins between them were very hard if not impossible at times to make exactly equal. However when the book was printed I didn't notice this unless I looked very closely and knew the fault already. Will still definitely be back to do several more albums I have planned. I'd love if there was an option to buy a box for the book to sit in.
