Your service excellent for my book which you did but you can’t accommodate the partly completed book which I built not knowing that Apple would freeze it where it was when they shut down the process of making picturebooks with text. I haven’t found a wAy to go forward but to tear it up. No book service I’ve found can move on what Apple left me

Quality is superb and kept in touch if progress by email well. Editing software relatively easy to use but could do with an 'undo' option to take project back if you make a mistake or change your mind about something. Could also do with being able to choose where to add extra pages into the project rather than having to add pages through in order (or advise people to order their photos carefully before they begin to save time and frustration!) price was far more reasonable as I took advantage of a 40% off wedding albums offer which I received by email. Thank you! I absolutely love the finished product.

I really liked the books but was hoping the paper quality would be a bit better. Overall happy though.

The album looks amazing! The packaging and quality of the book is really good. The only thing that Milk can make better is the binding or sewing of the pages, it appears a little weak, hope it will not tear apart through the years.Overall, the album is perfect and we loved it!

The app was very easy to work with to build photobooks using iPhoto. The integration of the app with iPhoto is very aesthically pleasing and the pre-formated layouts are super easy to work with, as is developing your own unique design. The ordering and payment process through iPhoto wasn't horrible either; however, uploading your photobook at the end of the process can take quite a while. My only complaint was the overall quality of the photos that are printed in the photobook - they are made up of circles with dots in the center. This isn't very noticeable unless you have high contrast photography which draws out this pattern, making the images look sort of fuzzy in places on the page. I know that this is not due to the quality of my photos, as I have had the photos in my photobook printed by other outlets without concern. Other than this complaint, the photobook is beautiful with a clean, elegant linen cover with the photos and text printed directly onto the pages. While I would recommend Milk books to a family or friend for the price and ease of use, I would have to caution them that their photobooks may look better if they were to be made up of solely black and white photography. Overall, this is a great product with a ton of potential!
