We recently received our wedding photo album, which was a large ‘Premium Photo Book’. The overall quality of the book is fantastic, the printing is superb and it does look great quality. The selection of page layouts using the software is very good, but it is frustrating to use - we spent hours and hours cycling through layouts as each time you make a change to a page you seem to have to start again. The postage at £19 seemed steep as did £13 to get one line of text embossed on the cover, but overall we are very happy with the end result, as the overall price was literally hundreds of pounds less than what our wedding photographer was charging. We would recommend to our friends.

The end result of our copy my daughter’s wedding album looks nice but their software needs to be updated because it’s not very easy to use so I spent way to many hours on this album. Also, they don’t usually answer the phone but do respond to emails.

Absolutely beautiful photo book, the craftsmanship is above and beyond other photos books we have seen, milks customer service was amazing helping us to chose the right photos and layout, they made it a very personal experience. The only thing we can pick on is a couple of the photos have printed quite dark, but that my have been the quality of photo from our photographer

Beautiful product. Very expensive though. My mistake for not checking more thoroughly before completing the book. But it is beautiful!

Book was very good quality, just had issues with ordering and was disappointed after creating the whole project then having a delay due to gift certificate policy
