good quality book, no unexpected surprise... except for the size, you don't realise how small it will be when you order it

Beautiful quality photo album. I chose the mat finish and wish the colors had been a bit more vivid. Other than this I’m extremely happy with my wedding album from Milk!

Easy to navigate and good website. Great product options and formats. Book arrived and is beautiful, my only concern is how long it will last once people have looked at it regularly over the years.....securing of pages in the binding seems a little too light. Thanks for the reply below, very much appreciated, will contact you if there are any problems.

Customer service was a bit slow (3 days, and a second call) to respond, but once they did, they were very patient and responsive. Shout out and heartfelt thanks to Astral Betteridge, who kindly followed up on all of my questions. The product is overall lovely, altho photos printed a bit red and a bit heavy; that was a surprise, as I had brightened up all of the images to compensate for that possibility. The final checklist prior to printing needs a bit of fine tuning (ok on alerting lo-res files, but not on red-flagging correct color environment, which is where Astral was so helpful). The box is also lovely, but a bit large for the size of the book; wish I'd known it was a fixed depth. If I missed that on the site, that's my bad. That said, we are enjoying the final product immensely, and would happily work with MILK again.

Our wedding book turned out great although I reached out to the customer service team with a question and never had a response.
