Lovely quality album that was delivered well in time for Christmas. Thanks!

The book quality and service were fantastic. The software was a bit glitchy and I was locked out a couple of times but my queries were all responded to very quickly (even in the very busy last week before Christmas).

Website was user friendly and the drag and drop feature was easy to use. I love how the layouts could be easily toggled to help you better visualize how to style your photos and how each photo was automatically cropped to the best fit for the frame irregardless of the variability of the subjects in the photos. Final product took some time to come because it was the Christmas period but was satisfactory enough. Recommend going for the premium books only as the non-premium books looked pretty ordinary and you could tell the difference in print quality.

Thanks for the awesome product!I created two 100+ pages premium photo books using as Christmas presents - one for my parents and on for Grandma. They absolutely loved it! Having the layflat option and premium quality papers to choose from made me order at milk books. Sure, they do have a high price tag at the first glance but when you get the final product it simply does not disappoint! You get 1* minus tho for the online creator which in my opinion has some flexibility and workflow issues. Mainly that I cannot globally (at least I did not find the option) set my image ratio to not standard and have to choose for each site over and over again and that - besides from the really big template pool - I sometimes felt limited when it didn't let me simply choose one specific layout for the left and then a totally different for the right page. And also manually adjusting layouts gave me headaches as I tried to match photo spacing to the rest of my layouts. But all in all I'm very satisfied. Delivery times were good as well.

For the quality, I'm not sure it quite lives up to the price difference. The software integration with iPhoto is sub-par, the layouts are limited (not that there aren't enough, but that they don't vary enough, especially when it comes to combos of text and images). And the quality of the book is good, and perhaps the pics would be better if my actual photo quality was better, so I won't knock them on that. Good product overall, just a bit pricey. Extra star for responding to reviews to get feedback. =)
