Love the book quality and materials. The spine was a little less sturdy but this might be because it was brand new.

The printing and quality of the materials is beautiful, however I was disappointed by the quality of the binding. The binding kind of crackles when you turn the pages, which cheapens the entire feel of the book. It feels like a sloppy finish to what is otherwise a beautiful book, and I expected better for such an expensive book.

The quality is amazing. Only down side was the design process which was quite finicky and time consuming- but worth it in the end!

The book is of great quality and arrived on time.However I bought a voucher which indicated it was an inclusive cost (and expensive, even 'on offer'). After spending hours making the book (& with no time to sort out the issue before their Christmas posting deadline (partly due to discovering that their 'London' phone number was misleading and only redirected to New Zealand with nighttime hours) they added an extra delivery charge. Customer service have since kindly offered to refund the extra delivery but be warned before you order!

Designed two wedding albums for my parents and very happy with the product. The linen covers are gorgeous and great quality, though I wish you had the option to keep the cover just as fabric - without a photo - and perhaps embossed with names or something of the like. The cover photo is not quite true to color. The page quality is top notch... Durable and pretty texture. I feel like it will stand up well to folks flipping pages without damage or staining from fingers. The binding seems great as well. I wish the smaller images were sharper, but I think the texture of the pages will prevent that. I recommend keeping most of the images on the larger size for that reason. Some of my gallery pages seemed soft but the full page and two pages layouts are gorgeous.
