Great book - could work on quality of photos and customer service response time

Great book, great quality but photos were a bit red compared to the originals and some seemed grainy. My photos were taken by a professional photographer at my wedding so the photos were not the issue. Customer service not great for the price of the book - I would have expected response within 24 hours at most. I only received a response to my email several days after having written (and by that time it was too late).
