shipping problem dhl had problem with how you wrote our address and took 3 days to local deliver

I wanted to test these products so I purchased both the Classic Photo Book and the Premium Photo Book - both large format. I'd give the Classic Photo Book a 1 star and the Premium Photo Book a 5 star. About the Classic Photo Book: It is comparable to an inexpensive photo book from places like Shutterfly. The images I provided for this book were high quality (coming from a trained photographer with high quality gear) but they printed grainy, fuzzy, and so dull. Don't waste your money on the Classic. About the Premium Photo Book: I definitely recommend spending the extra money for the Premium Photo Book. The images printed much better - clear, crisp, and colorful! I'll be ordering more Premium Photo Books for sure.

Amazing quality of finished product! I had a little trouble navigating the text boxes and wish the font size and style were changeable. I can’t wait to give these books to my family for Christmas! They will love them!!

Excellent quality, up to my expectations excepting the side part of the book: after going through the album and closing it, i had some struggle in putting back the side part even. With the weight of the pages it tends to slide and bend forward.Everything else is absolutely perfect and a real quality product! I will order again through this website and recommend it without hesitation.

Turned out very nice. I wish the template was easier to use - they need to add a revert button. If you make a change you have to start over and cannot go back to the previous layout. Frustrating and time consuming. Also, would like more options for paper finish other than eggshell
