I noticed that some of the photos are quite grainy and dark and didn't turn out as well as I had hoped based on the reviews I read.

Beautiful quality, plenty of layout options and easy-to-follow instructions.Whilst there were photo customising options, I would have liked more flexibility with the text boxes.

We are incredibly happy with our wedding album. The quality is fantastic, as is the customer service - we had a couple of grainy photos and they picked this up at printing and helped us to fix it, then reprinted (at a small cost) before sending us the album. Only a few small things stopping me from putting 5-stars: We found it a bit difficult to upload the photos (probably related to internet or computer power at our end) and had to shrink a lot of them to get it to work, and also we would have liked more options/flexibility re text font/size (currently only 2 options to choose from) and where text can be placed on a page.

We are delighted with our photo album. The quality is excellent & all the photos look amazing, whatever the size.The only criticism is we had some questions & speaking to someone was difficult. Once our questions were answered we able to complete our orders easily.

Our photo album turned out incredibly.. Just as we had hoped for. We did make some photo books as well. We had a small printing error which milk books quickly help us fix. We would definitely order again.
