Milestones

I loved the online design software. It was fairly easy to use and the minimalistic designs are simply beautiful. I had a great experience creating my book and the final product is one that I’ll treasure for a lifetime!

We love our album. It is absolutely beautiful; I love the thick pages, the lie-flat opening, the cover (which we did an upgraded design on). System was pretty easy to use, good delivery and constant communication which I appreciated. The only thing that’s giving it 4 stars for me is that the book was smaller than I thought for a medium size. My own fault I know as measurements are given, but it would be handy if there was an easy reference (eg. “Medium is A5, which is half an A4 size”)

Our Milkbook is beautiful. We put an album together for our wedding and spent a lot of time on it, but are pleased with the quality and results considering we saved a lot of money by not going through our photographer. We had an issue with bent binding causing the album to be a bit crooked but after a few emails to customer service, they've agreed to reprint it. We've had a positive experience with them and plan to order two more parent albums.

Great product, a few quirks to workout in the making process but well worth the final product. Loving our wedding photo book

Good product. Pages could be thicker/more rigid. Software can be frustrating and is not flexible. Customer service can’t help you do anything the software doesn’t allow you to do (not helpful)
