Our Milkbook is beautiful. We put an album together for our wedding and spent a lot of time on it, but are pleased with the quality and results considering we saved a lot of money by not going through our photographer. We had an issue with bent binding causing the album to be a bit crooked but after a few emails to customer service, they've agreed to reprint it. We've had a positive experience with them and plan to order two more parent albums.

Good product. Pages could be thicker/more rigid. Software can be frustrating and is not flexible. Customer service can’t help you do anything the software doesn’t allow you to do (not helpful)

Album looks great, well presented and the print quality was beautiful. Blacks came up well and the images were sharp.May have gone a slightly lighter weight paper if I knew it was this thick.
