Good product. Pages could be thicker/more rigid. Software can be frustrating and is not flexible. Customer service can’t help you do anything the software doesn’t allow you to do (not helpful)

Album looks great, well presented and the print quality was beautiful. Blacks came up well and the images were sharp.May have gone a slightly lighter weight paper if I knew it was this thick.

My book came out beautiful although I do wish there were more layout options. I felt this way while making my book online too. I ignored a few warnings that the image may come out a little pixilated though I ignored them. Unfortunately I wish I hadn’t because some of these photos were a little blurry.

Everything in ok, great albums. The tool is a bit complicated and it takes a some hours to prepare an album.
