Love my Milk book! The pages a little thick which the book super bulky, but it’s great anyway. Also thought the picture on the cover could be better as it looks just like a glued picture... but overall very satisfied. The experience was smooth overall and the tutorials helpful. Liked it so much I’m currently building another one!

Product quality-Great! Template and process-Not great. The quality of my book is great--top notch. However, I found the templates available to be very limited. I ordered a premium, large album, but my pages have white space galore when I often wished I could have made the photos larger. My parents and grandparents made comments like "nice photo, wish I could see it". Also, you have to have your photos in the exact order you want them to fall in your book before you upload--which can be challenging before you start making the book to know exactly how you want them placed. Obviously, it is best to start in chronological order, but then once uploaded, even small changes to the photo order can be frustrating and difficult to make. Perhaps operator error(s), but my experience nonetheless!

What I liked was the ability to contact customer support. What I did not like was they work on NZ business hours not Australian business hours.

Loved the site, price and found it easy to use. The only reason I didn’t give a 5* is I wish the lay flat pages came a little more flat but otherwise excellent quality

Quality of the book is amazing and I'm very happy with it. Unfortunately it's still very pricy and had to pay 30 euros taxes on top of that to DHL. Defenetly something you do only for special occasions.
