Beautiful book, love the quality and finish

Great software, beautiful book. Had issues with borders around text and sizing but other than that, great.

I did a lot of research regarding high quality printed albums after receiving our wedding pictures. MILK Books was consistently one of the best-reviewed sites and it seemed to be the best fit for what I was looking for. I wanted an album that would be large in size, hold a lot of pages, and allow me to do just 1-2 pictures per page. Of course, I also wanted the printing and paper quality to be high, as well. I found the interface of the picture placement to be a bit tricky, but it worked out fine-- it just took time and patience (though this could be because of the number of pictures I included-- about 250). Once I finally completed the album, the printing & shipping process was speedy. However, upon receiving the album, I found that the binding was coming apart. I reached out to customer service and had a great experience - they responded quickly & professionally and sent a new book free of charge. Overall, I am happy with MILK Book and would recommend them to others.

The book is very elegant and well done, but it's quite expensive and it weighs a lot. On the site, there aren't any information about customs duties (how are they calculated? by weight?), which are very high to arrive the package in Italy.

The book is beautiful - so much so that we’ve ordered another copy already! My only feedback is that the online assembly tool is less intuitive than, for example, iPhoto and the equivalents. Advice to anyone creating a MILK book is to persevere as it is worth it! No make sure your images are in the right order before you start 😊. Thank you MILK books we will treasure ours forever.
