I love the way my wedding book turned out. It is gorgeous and everyone has asked me where I got it done. My one compliant was the complexity of the image uploading process. I would recommend adding an additional layer of help with the images. For example, you’ve uploaded this one twice! Are you sure you want to pull in a duplicate? Or creating an area where you can drag the images in order. I had a very hard time moving them around in the page creation view. People that are creating wedding books sometimes have 800 pictures to choose from, so this feature would be very helpful.

Loved the quality of my book, only complaint is that the online editor can be a little clunky/finicky at times.

The result was great. I really appriciate the high quality paper. However, some of my photos seemed to have lower contrast in print (which might also be my fault). Also, it would be helpful to know the printer profile so I could put all my settings and get the result I want. But yet, this was the best photo book I've ever got for this price.

The quality of the product is 5 starts, the book, printing etc.. wonderful. The only reason for my 4 starts was the costumer center, they were not very helpful and didn’t meet the expectations.
