The quality of the product is 5 starts, the book, printing etc.. wonderful. The only reason for my 4 starts was the costumer center, they were not very helpful and didn’t meet the expectations.

I chose MILK books off the recommendation of my photographer and was thoroughly pleased when I received my wedding album! The quality is absolutely stunning and it’s beautiful for our coffee table. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because while designing my book I found it a little frustrating due to the lack of an “undo” button, as well as some other placements of tools that were not logical.

Very happy with my Milkbook album! Super sturdy, and carefully handmade. The photos were printed extremely clear and the colors were perfect. I will be creating many more in the future. Only critique is that I do not love the Milk branding printed and embossed within the book.

Great quality! I'm really happy but next time i'll edit a bit more the pictures to improve brightness and contrast before printing.
