Great books and great quality. We designed two books and the printing turned out great. The actual designing part is buggy and it's difficult to get all of the margins even, unless you choose the pre-designed templates for each page (which doesn't give you a many options). I'm happy overall but the designing process was a headache.

The quality is the best! The difficulty I had was with package deals and final ordering of the products. As it isn’t clear in the beginning what you have selected. However the system overall is really easy to use and quite simple. The colour of the material covering was quite different to real life so in future I would of selected a different colour but otherwise it was great.

It's a great photo book for our wedding photo.

Ok, long story short. I bought the cream collection wedding album with matte (semi gloss) pages about 2 years ago. The black ribbon that was in the box to protect my album stained the cover. It was not placed in light or in high humidity. MILK provided me with a new printed album, but it was not of similar quality. First, the cover was a leatherette instead of linen and the pages seemed unfinished. I'm giving 4 stars because it was good, but not what I wanted. Prompt and responsive customer service especially letting me know regarding delays and process.

Beautiful photo book! two things I wish I realized before ordering - this was being shipped from Hong Kong (carbon footprint impact) and that the pages were so thick. I was expecting nice quality paper but the pages were more like thin board. It was high quality but bigger than I wanted. I'm ok with the nice paper.
