The text on the front cover was a bit washed off.

Some images printed a little heavy and I would have liked to been able to add text to non text pages. In the end it was very expensive to print ($600 AUS) but glad I have done it. The front cover is just fabulous and my travel book is the perfect coffee table book.

Loved the quality! Very good looking books and quality! The only thing I would change is how long it took, but I’d take waiting for how good it is over getting the crappy quality of Shutterfly any day. Their website was a little difficult to manage, but once I got the hang of it, making the book was not difficult. This company is a little pricey, but still worth it.

The design platform was great to use, online help and customer service was really effective. My books were produced and shipped in good time. I was a little disappointed with the premium quality book, it seemed very similar to the standard quality books I also had printed. The box cover was a standard size, not made to fit my book. I am not sure it a necessary addition for the cost.

The album arrived quickly and looks lovely. However, the online system gets a little frustrating and it’s difficult to add lays in. I found I had to go back and delete previous lays to add additional lays in, it would be much easier to drag and drop - it’s not a deal breaker though. However I do think it needs to be more obvious that these are being produced and shipped from Hong Kong so the potential buyer can decide whether they want to pay HIGH shipping rates and possible taxes and duties. It’s not explicitly clear anywhere when you buy a voucher and once you’ve done that you’re kind of obliged to continue with your purchase and just pay the extras. Overall I was pretty pleased with the whole process, even the customer service contact turn around times were very quick.
