The album arrived quickly and looks lovely. However, the online system gets a little frustrating and it’s difficult to add lays in. I found I had to go back and delete previous lays to add additional lays in, it would be much easier to drag and drop - it’s not a deal breaker though. However I do think it needs to be more obvious that these are being produced and shipped from Hong Kong so the potential buyer can decide whether they want to pay HIGH shipping rates and possible taxes and duties. It’s not explicitly clear anywhere when you buy a voucher and once you’ve done that you’re kind of obliged to continue with your purchase and just pay the extras. Overall I was pretty pleased with the whole process, even the customer service contact turn around times were very quick.

Have had minor shipping issues in the past - I was charged by the delivery company when I received the parcel even though I had paid shipping on their website already. This was quickly rectified by Milkbook’s end. Make sure vouchers are applied to exactly what you bought as they seem applicable for different types of albums with different amounts discounted

The overall quality of the photo album is really good, as well as the printing quality. However, one of the corners came slightly bruised and bent and the cover is kind of sticky for some reason.

Uploaded photos is very hard to view

We used Milk books to produce wedding albums for our family. The software was easy to use with lots of options although it took a bit to figure out at first. The actual product is much smaller than I thought it would be but the quality was incredible...well worth it for special memories.
